Rose brings more than 25 years of diverse financial and operational experience to her role as Operations Director at Business Advisory and Accounting Partners. A graduate of SUNY Fredonia with a degree in Accounting, she spent over a decade as a consultant with the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, where she led initiatives to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Her earlier career as a financial analyst in the banking, media, and energy sectors sharpened her ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights—an approach she now brings to the day-to-day leadership of our firm. Rose oversees firm operations and leads our accounting team with a clear focus: to ensure every client experiences the benefits of proactive, advisory-driven support.
