Lisa Raponi brings over two decades of strategic tax expertise and leadership to her role as Director of Business Development. Since joining the firm in August 2003, Lisa has led the firm’s tax department with a focus on delivering proactive planning strategies for small businesses, as well as specialized consulting in estate and trust taxation. Her approach emphasizes treating business ownership as an investment—maximizing tax efficiency while fostering long-term financial sustainability for clients.
With more than 7 years managing the firm's tax department, Lisa has been instrumental in shaping a client service model centered on forward-thinking tax planning rather than reactive compliance. Her deep experience allows her to identify opportunities that support growth, reduce tax burdens, and align tax strategy with overall business objectives.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Salem State College and an MBA from the University of Tampa. She has been an IRS Enrolled Agent since June 2002, authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS in all matters. Before joining the firm, Lisa spent 10 years as a manager with H&R Block, specializing in complex individual and business returns, and 13 years as an officer in the Capital Markets Group at State Street Boston Corp, where she developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and operations.
In her current role, Lisa focuses on developing strategic relationships and driving the firm’s growth by helping clients view their businesses through a tax-intelligent lens. Her commitment to education, communication, and results-driven planning makes her a trusted resource for entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals alike.
