As a former CPA firm owner, he built and ran a thriving regional practice serving over 250 clients across complex tax situations, including high-net-worth individuals, S-corporations, partnerships, and trusts. That firsthand experience of building, growing, and ultimately transitioning a successful practice gives Jack a unique perspective on what clients actually need and what it takes to deliver it.
Beyond public accounting, Jack has lived the realities of small business ownership himself. He ran multiple ventures simultaneously across the hospitality and automotive repair sectors through some of the most challenging economic conditions imaginable. That experience gives him a practical, empathetic perspective that goes beyond the numbers. He knows firsthand what it means to make payroll, manage cash flow, and make difficult decisions when it matters most.
Jack is also a proud veteran with more than 27 years of military service across the Illinois Air and Army National Guard. His service included two combat deployments to Afghanistan as a Special Operations Joint Terminal Attack Controller and a third as a NATO partner force advisor. That background shaped the discipline, integrity, and steady leadership he brings to every client engagement.
